Amendments are very easily undertaken should you decide you wish to attend more or less frequently. Cancellation of your policy or transfer to an alternate provider can be made as easily and with minimal notice period (21 days).

EXISTING DENPLAN PATIENTS: We are very happy to welcome you and make switching to our practice easy and free of charge. Simply contact Denplan on 0800 401402 or psas@denplan.co.uk and inform them that you wish to switch to our practice. You will then need to attend our practice whenever is convenient to complete an online or paper form.
